BRITTANY DAWN BRANNON
Miss Teen America 2007

Brittany is an 18 year old graduate from  Scottsdale Christian Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is the daughter of  Dr. Mark and Cindy Brannon of Paradise Valley. Her interests are playing the violin, ballet, race car driving, piano, oil painting, traveling, fashion and being with her family and friends. Brittany was Student Body Secretary and involved in the Ambassador program. She graduated with honors and was an advanced placement student . She also graduated in the top 10 percent of her class. She is involved with Phoenix Youth Symphony Guild, and after 14 years with the School of Ballet Arizona was accepted into the American Ballet Theatre pre-professional program. Brittany currently mentors 3^rd and 4^th grade girls, and is very involved with her church.

Her platform is Passion for Purity in which she promotes modesty, purity and abstinence till marriage. She is currently working with the Crisis Pregnancy Center and works with young girls in teaching them on the subject of her platform and self-respect. She dreams to create a modest fashion line, tying in her platform, for young girls.

She will be attending Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, this fall with a double major in Art History, and International Business.

Career Goals: Pursuing a career in Fashion Design and developing her own line of evening wear.

Platform Issue:   “Purity with a Passion”. She is active in promoting abstinence, and is involved with the Crisis Pregnancy Center.
